Throughout his career, Gary has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, business strategy, innovation and positive impact, helping launch, build and scale organizations across renewable energy, climate and sustainability, natural products, health and life sciences, technology, media and social enterprise.
His experience combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. He has raised more than $13 million in funding, led acquisitions, built organizations from the ground up, and helped develop companies that achieved significant growth, including an Inc. 500 company. His work has encompassed venture strategy, business development, financial modeling, marketing, operations, strategic partnerships, organizational development and executive leadership.

Transformational Media
As CEO of Ethical Markets Media, Gary helped launch the first national weekly television series focused on socially responsible business, reaching more than 44 million homes. He was also instrumental in launching Harmony Channel on Comcast VOD and developing See The Change TV, a marketing and distribution platform for films focused on social change.
Through his work with Transformational Media, Gary supports filmmakers, creative entrepreneurs and media platforms with business strategy, organizational infrastructure, marketing and distribution — helping transformational stories and ideas reach larger audiences.
